This term has been another challenging one for everyone at Collingwood and I want to thank all parents and carers for your unstinting support over the last four months.
As we end this challenging year, I would like to pay tribute to the fantastic hard work, commitment and loyalty of every member of the College team, teaching and support staff. I would also like to highlight how well our students have adapted to all this term’s challenges.
As we move into the Christmas holiday period, I am sure we are all looking forward to a return to normality at some point in 2022.
I would like to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year.
On-site Testing 4-6 January 2022
A reminder of the details for our on-site lateral flow testing at the beginning of next term:
A letter with detailed arrangements was sent to parents and carers last Friday 10 December. The times at which students in each form group should attend are shown below. Provision will be made for students to access work remotely via OneNote during this period. Please note that coaches/buses will not run on Tuesday 4 January but will return to normal service on Wednesday 5 January.

If the Government makes any further announcements over the Christmas break that result in any changes to our return in January, then we will contact parents via text and Edulink.
Home Testing Over the Holiday Period
All students are advised to continue to test twice weekly at home using lateral flow device (LFD) test kits. Students will receive an additional supply of home test kits for use over the holiday this week.
